Men did a very good job very professional cleaned up everything when finished make sure I understood exactly what was done. Everything was done correctly.

Erie was awesome, I don’t normally call out a foreman, but Bobby was awesome and treated his crew with professionalism and respect! The way he stayed on point and the way the crew responded, was something that should be praised! They answered all our questions and guided us step bu step on what they were doing without question. I will certainly use them again if I have anymore major home investmets and repairs! I also want to shout out to Josh for not being a pushy salesman, he educated us on what was needed and important for our home!

Great work. The crew was very communicative the whole time and made sure to do a walk through of the progress every day and answered all my questions. I am amazed at the results! Immediately there was air quality improvement which will only get better over time. I can confidently use my basement now!

This place is full of hard working, kind employees! I had no idea how much work went into waterproofing. They have been responsive , in a good way, to questions and concerns . I have previously had so many basement water issues in this house that was built in the 1950s. It was time to do this. I like this group. And definitely recommend them!

Overall, the installation crew was excellent and I am satisfied with the job. However, my main issue is that the salesman wasn't exactly clear on what I was being sold. Due to the nature of our crawl space, we ended up with a partial encapsulation. I've never been down there, so I wasn't really sure how it would go down. I am overall satisfied, but it might have been the salesman was new. The price seemed right, and the crew managed well with the challenging tight space. Anyways, I would recommend Erie and we now have level flooring!

Great from start to finish. The inspector, Harley, was super knowledgeable and personable. He was great to work with. The install team really knocked it out too, even with it being below freezing temperatures. They wasted no time, knocked out the job in less time than expected. Solid group all around.

Set up an appointment a week in advance. Drove An hour out to the house that I don’t live in to meet them at 12 o’clock. They confirmed the appointment the day before. I waited around and they never showed up. I texted them and then they called me later to tell me they couldn’t make it and could not reschedule until next week. Glad I was wasted two hours of my time to drive up here…. I’m sure if they knew someone wasn’t coming they could’ve told me before they were 20 minutes late already and I texted them asking where they were at. They’re probably fine, but don’t plan your day around them.
