We are so happy with our new Lexar built home. The entire team (Tracy, Jeremy, Kendra) are such a joy to work with. The sub contractors did exceptional work throughout the build. I don’t think we can begin to describe how lucky we feel to have selected them to build our dream home. Despite building on Whidbey we never felt like everyone wasn’t readily available, even when coming from off island. The ability to customize our plan was a key component of building the dream and they worked with us every step of the way. We’d be happy share our experience with anyone considering Lexar. We’re still finishing our move, so better pictures to follow.

Lexar was fantastic! True professionals, their team was great to work with. They were available anytime I had questions. They have great contractors. Jeremy was great always going above and beyond. The house turned out wonderful! We love it. They helped with color schemes and gave great advice when it came to the finishings like cabinet knobs. It was everything we wanted. Literally had no issues or conflicts with the Lexar team. They kept a pretty tight schedule and met all their deadlines. We absolutely would recommend them. -John

We have been in our Lexar built home for 8 years. For the most part we are pleased with the floor plan, which we did adapt and enhance from the original, and were excited to watch our home being built. I was previously involved in the home building industry for over 25 years, so I am very familiar with the building process. I do want to caution anyone contemplating having Lexar build their "dream" home ...... the finish work leaves a lot to be desired. We have had no less than 5 door knobs which have needed repair as the set screw in the door knob hardware is cheaply built and poorly installed. The set screw works it's way out and the door knob simply falls off. We also have a front door and now our dining room door, which is a french door, where the actual bold has worked it's way loose and now you cannot open the front door with having to put your whole body weight behind it. We now need to replace the entire front door to the tune of at least $1000. So my advice to anyone thinking of using Lexar, especially the office located in Marysville, is to be very involved with your choices of finish (doors, cabinets, etc) work and materials, and spend extra to make sure you get quality materials.. I believe that Lexar used the cheapest doors and hardware that they could find. In my 25 years of being involved in the home building industry and the 8 years I have lived in our home, I have never, ever seen door knobs falling off like we have experienced in our home. I also have noticed that the interior paint was way watered down, so that when you go to clean off a spot the paint comes off.

WOW! Everyone at the Lexar of Snohomish team is fantastic at their job, extremely organized, approachable, and very good at communication. We are so thrilled with the house Lexar built for us, it's beautiful and their high-quality work was evident throughout the whole process. Lexar worked with us every step of the way, communicating clearly and often, giving valuable help and guidance when we needed it. I highly recommend you chose Lexar if you're building a new house, the Lexar crew is incredibly kind and works as a well-oiled machine. They even upgraded a heat pump for us for free when the manufacture sent a defective one! Lexar constantly went above and beyond for us with a great attitude from everyone on the team. A big thank you to everyone on the Lexar team, and to those looking to build, you definitely want Lexar of Snohomish!

Lexar Homes of Snohomish is great! We just received occupancy of our new home 5 days ago. Tracy and Brent are amazing to work with and they build an awesome house! The house building situation can definitely be filled with stress, unforeseen costs and issues, and long, drawn out weeks and months, but Tracy does everything she can to minimize the stress level and make it fun and light for her customers. Both she and Brent and their team of subcontractors are knowledgeable, easy and fun to work with, and have provided nothing but superior craftsmanship. I will miss working with them, but am excited to finally get settled in our new home!

2019-2020 We recently had Lexar build our "forever" home. It was a great experience!! The owners/employees of Lexar of Snohomish County were beyond helpful and a complete pleasure to work with!! There just aren’t enough expressive words to explain how great this experience was, their professionalism was evident at every turn! With incredible the relationships they have with their subcontractors, they always had quick responses and thorough solutions to our questions or inquiries. When we didn’t understand something they were very good at helping us to know everything we needed to grasp in this very complicated process. We are so thankful to them and would encourage anyone who is looking to build a home to investigate for yourself. You will love the people and love the product!!
