The Peregrine team did an amazing job delivering our dream home. Peregrine does a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. They not only built a great home, Ron designed a beautiful home. Ron listened to all out of needs and wants and delivered on the first draft. Brian and his team kept very close to the timeline. I had WONDERFUL experience working with Peregrine Homes and Brandon specifically. I purchased a 600,000 home and have been living in the home for 2 months. since it was a new build there are touch ups that need to be addressed in the beginning which they have been great at getting fixed as soon as I request help. They have also went out of their way to help me with picking interior fixtures and furniture. I HIGHLY recommend anyone purchasing a home to feel comfortable working with Brandon and Peregrine Homes.

We built a Peregrine home in 2009. Our experience with Peregrine Builders was nothing short of positive. The job foreman addressed any of our concerns in a timely manner and there was never an issue if we wanted changes made. The tradesmen were very neat, efficient and did their jobs in a timely manner. We love our Peregrine home and would recommend them to anyone. We feel we got a first class, quality home.

I used Peregrine for a commercial build out in North Tampa in 2012/2013. After having a very bad experience with another contractor, Peregrine came in with to finish my build out and completely turned my experience around. Having hired Peregrine half way through my build out they had quite a project project on their hands. I was pleasantly surprised with how they managed the project and how quickly they got things done. They were timely, on the ball, efficient and easy to work with. I'm very happy with the outcome and I would strongly recommend Peregrine. I will be using them for any future construction needs.

I would highly recommend Peregrine Construction. We opened a business in South Tampa last year and needed a reliable contractor and were very fortunate to have Brandon Wolford! Brandon has exceeded and continues to exceed our expectations. Even after he was finished with our buildout...he stopped by numerous times to help us with miscellaneous things around our studio. We are pleased to say he is in the middle of building out our second studio in St. Petersburg, FL and we couldn't be happier. My wife Lisa and I had started our two investment homes in Seista Key Hired on Peregrine Homes to manage the build for the two 5600 square foot homes. Being on the key with little room to work with deliveries and construction of such size, Brandon and Matt made the project completion very smooth.
