I’ve built and remodeled numerous times over the years , as recently as a year before this complete gut renovation of a vintage beach cottage . My prior local build experience was excruciating, so I thoroughly researched before choosing another contractor . I feel so fortunate to have found Neal ! TriplePoint to the rescue! When my house flooded with 6 inches of water from hurricane Helene, the first thing I did after notifying my insurance company was call Neal Fiske at TriplePoint. Neal had built a home for me in 2013. Then in 2022 he beautifully renovated my current home. I knew I could rely on TriplePoint after Helene damaged that home. And sure enough, TriplePoint crews were on site within days of the flood to help begin restoration. Due to their meticulous project management Neal and Project Manage Tiffany McCue had all the data from my 2022 renovation (doors, paint colors, trim, appliances, etc.) and had everything ordered and ready for installation as soon as trades permitted. The house was restored to its original beautifully built condition, and done in such a timely manner that I was able to enjoy Christmas at home. It is impossible for me to describe how excellent the customer service is at TriplePoint. They are reliable beyond belief. And their dedication to excellence in work product is beyond reproach. As a third time customer, I can say this enthusiastically.

It’s been 4 years now since TriplePoint remodeled our home. It was an extensive remodel with almost completely gutting the interior, redoing the roof, etc. The workmanship and results were fantastic. The attention to detail and the responsiveness to our concerns by Neal and his team was first rate. Even now, since we are switching insurance coverage,Neal has gone out of his way to help us deal with the company and letting them know the extensive work that was performed to bring everything up to code. Would not hesitate to use them again or refer to friends.

Just finishing a major project installing 4 PGT Winguard Gliding doors in our circa 1995 home in PYCC. Couldn't have a better outcome thanks to Neal spearheading & overseeing the entire renovation.
