6 years ago we bought a home in St Pete built in 1935. After much research and planning, we hired Quality Home Renovation to do a complete restoration. Grady, Diane, and their team did such a fantastic job that we now turned our attention to the original garage. They lifted it 2 feet, poured a new foundation, added beautiful windows, and turned it into a wonderful gym and media room. The extra ceiling height made a huge difference in the feel of the space, and Grady was able to make the finishes exactly match the original look of our house. The entire crew is a real pleasure to work with, including all the subcontractors Grady has a relationship with. The project was well worth the cost and we would do it all again.

Absolute professionals. Excellent communication. Kept every promise. Job was to turn attached carport into a real garage. Concrete, electrical, carpentry, new vinyl siding and electric garage door under City of St Pete Code. Passed all inspections every time. Were there problems along the way?
