Awesome experience. Had them come out and replace springs on my garage door and Joe was absolutely a rock star and got it done quickly and was even able to do a few things extra just to make sure everything was working as it should. Another local company came out once and said my garage door was crooked cause of the ground and told me to get a thicker seal to cover the gap. CR Garage Doors got it all level and it wasn’t just the ground as the other company said. They fixed it the right way. Came out to fix a spring and I ended up with a completely level garage door. Can’t recommend them enough!

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed and operating perfectly before they left. They took the time to explain how the system works, answered all my questions, and even cleaned up the area when they were done. What a professional duo Will and his partner. They were fantastic at their job and wouldn’t even take a beverage. Door looks great and operating smoothly. Unfortunately, they brought the wrong door and won’t change it out. Shane is a jerk with all 5 years of experience that he has. He spent know how to manage at all. No customer service whatsoever so ever.
