Brando was the technician who helped me, and he was outstanding — professional, kind, and thorough. He not only fixed the problem quickly but also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. I truly appreciated how responsive and efficient the whole team was. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable, honest, and quality garage door service.

It was a Thursday afternoon at about 5pm and as we were getting back to make dinner before the kids went to evening practices and such, our garage door spring snapped! Now- I have to go out of town the next morning, we have a ton happening and at first I look to home depot and lowes for the springs on the door (thinking i'll just swap them out quick) ha was i in for a surprise- there's a reason it's hard to find springs for the garage door, it's very easy to get stupidly injured... nonetheless I call the # on the wall in the garage for the people that built the house and the garage door servicers... they are in downtown denver and not taking calls for service for a number of hours.... so i go to the google and look for some shops here in castle rock- I called a competitor and when i told them the issue, they all are operating on emergency hours since it's after hours... but This company wouldn't even give me an off the cuff bs guess or ball park on how much a service call is with springs... irritating! so i was not in a good mood when i called Mile High and the guy that answered the call was also the guy that ended up coming to the house- his name was Matt and he was super cool, got to the house literally before a papa johns call and had our garage up in running in like 15 minutes- hooked it up with some other things he found and he was nice enough to point out a few things in terms of maintenance things that honestly if we hadn't done, wouldn't have been there for our need to have called them again tonight! For some reason our garage the cable that holds the door's weight slipped and got all bound up on the axel- the door then became unoperational and when calling them again after hours at 7pm had Brando show up in under 30 minutes! Brando was really nice, helped get things up in running and was super nice!!! Both Matt and Brando were super professional and really nice that made you comfortable about calling a profession that is known for notoriously overcharging, and adding all sorts of nonsense to the charges- they warranty their work for a long time, local, and people you're comfortable leaving alone in your garage working on the equipment. THANK YOU MILE HIGH!!!!!!!!!!!! Both Matt and Brando were our technicians and we were very happy and impressed.
