Door-Techs Garage Doors

While trying to reset a garage door keypad, somehow all of my openers stopped working completely. I had a service technician from another Highlands Ranch company come out to fix it, but after pushing a few buttons, the tech told me I had fried the circuit board on the motor and it couldn’t be fixed. He quoted $700-750 to replace it but I felt that was high and wanted to get another quote. Most of the companies I called wouldn’t quote a price over the phone but Jim at Door Techs did. He explained the different options and said it would cost $450-550 (depending on the model) but really felt the issues was something he could fix. I agreed to having him take a look but insisted he bring a new one just in case. Jim was able to get both remotes, the wall unit, and the new keypad he installed to work perfectly in less than 40 minutes! As a single woman I greatly appreciated Jim’s honestly and service. He could have easily charged me for a new opener but he didn’t and now he is my go-to for any garage door needs. If you need an honest, fast, and knowledgeable technician to service or replace your garage door equipment, you definitely need to call Jim!
