My DIY project to replace the 5yr old battery on my driveway gate did not go well. The battery posts and connectors were severely corroded and I wiped out the remotes and keypad settings. Mountain Fox was able to send a technician out the next day. Weather conditions were sustained winds at 20+ MPH, gusting up to 35 MPH at times, and the temperature was below freezing with the wind chill. Will from Mountain Fox came through with exceptional service braving the elements and got everything back in working order. Plus, he contacted me the next day to ensure everything was working fine. Now that is quality service!!!

Fox garage doors converted my old chain link rolling gate into an electric gate. Almost immediately started having problems with the gate jamming and the alarm going off. But I assumed it was just a matter of time before for the correct adjustments would be made. After 6 or 7 visits, the gate started to open good. Then came the very first snow. The gate jammed immediately. I contacted Curtis, throughout the winter adjustments were made and nothing happened. Luckily I left for a good portion of the winter. Then the snow came again and the gate would not open. After many phone calls, it was decided to replace the rollers on the gate to larger ones to see if that corrected the problem. It did absolutely nothing. The motor is not strong enough to pull the gate open. When it snows, it jams. After contacting Curtis again, my emails and calls are ignored. So I would recommend unless you live where it does not snow. Having Fox Garage Door build you an electric gate is throwing $10000 in the trash. There have been at least 10 times that I have had to park outside and find a way to crawl over my fence to get into my home. All I ever get is excuses. I'm sure another one will come again.

Fantastic service. Affordable. Attention to detail to make sure everything’s working properly. Highly recommend them. Lane did a fantastic job on the install. He also took the time to check everything on both doors. And make sure all the home automation was working.
