Terry did a fantastic job - he was able to fix the problem with my garage door opener on the same day. Great service at a reasonable price, and I learned a lot from him as well on the workings and maintenance of the garage door! Highly recommend and would use again.

Tony was very professional and took care of my job on the spot. He and Terry were actually working on a neighbor's problem and came over and assessed my issues immediately after completing their job. The price was reasonable and he actually made my garage door more safe. I highly recommend them!

They display genuine patience and concern. I was amazed by how patience and understanding they were while helping me to link my garage door with my cellphone. I’m not good with technology. The service they give is beyond outstanding. Tony and Jimmy did a perfect job installing my new garage door in less than 2 hours. Tony is not only very personable but he knows his work. He shows up when he says he will so you won't waste your time waiting unlike a couple of other garage door companies I called. I will be calling them again when I need my other garage door replaced and I definitely will be recommending them to my friends.

Tony did a great job. I just needed maintenance to my garage door and automatic screw-type opener which had never been serviced since installation 10 years ago. The service call $$ was reasonable. Tony was thorough, explained some items about door and replaced a couple of hinges at no charge. He spotted a safety issue, springs did not have safety cable in case they broke (and they are older so can break in the next few years) so he installed that for reasonable charge. Very satisfied and I recommend the company.

Thanks to Tony my garage door is functional again. Tony was patient and professional in explaining to me what I needed to know in case I have the same problem again. He called ahead to let me know his ETA and I'm very pleased to say he was punctual. With this company "Customer Service" is not a thing of the past. Excellent experience replacing our garage door! Terry came out on the weekend and we had a new garage door by Monday! He gave us several options, money-saving options and long-term options. We went with the long-term option since this is what we had in mind in the first place but no pressure from this company. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly. Originally, our garage door was so loud. Now it is so quiet and doesn't bother anyone. Highly recommend using this company. They clearly believe in customer service and making their customer happy.
