My torsion spring popped. Zach called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a voice mail and we had things scheduled for the next morning at my request. Zach arrived on time and completed the spring replacement in less than an hour including a full test of the garage door opener. Overall, Zach was very pleasant to work with and is both efficient in his work as well as quite knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him once I am ready to replace my old garage door for something better!
