I highly recommend precision to anyone! Our new openers are state of the art. Our installer Richard Leon went above and beyond. He takes an immense amount of pride in his work. We had 3 openers installed in our shop/out building. Because of how wonderful Richard was and the product is we will be using Precision for our new house build as well! Monday night my garage door came off of the rails, trapping my primary vehicle in the garage. Jackson arrived the next morning, provided a fair quote to repair it and immediately got to work on it. After an hour, the garage door was operational again. I did not feel like he attempted to oversell me or pressure me into having more work done right then that was deed and explained my future options since the garage door is 20 years old. He was a very nice guy and I would recommend them.

Nick did an amazing job with our garage door issue. Our garage door is three times heavier than most garage doors. We were told by another Garage Door company we needed a new garage door and a new motor when in fact what we needed was the spring system to be redesigned, and some pretty worn out parts to be replaced. London came out and diagnosed the problem and did a great job. Thank you for showing up on a Saturday holiday weekend. We had thought for sure we would have to wait until Monday for the repair.

Technician(Tyler) was very knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the problem quickly, possibly too quick as he had to turn around and come back a second time 5 minutes later because one of the parts he installed broke 5 minutes after he left. Not sure I would use their service again or refer a friend as they were VERY expensive and that would be my only knock on them.

Daray was very professional & informative. He knew when he was going to deliver the cost it was going to be a sticker shock. However, he gave me the reasons why. They may not be the cheapest but I went with the cheapest the first time and 5 years later we needed a spring again and there was other work needing to be done as well. Better quality & better quality technician. I would recommend them!

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly to replace the springs, bearings & rollers for our 20+ year old garage door after we discovered the torsion spring was broke. The tech was available on the weekend but the charges for the work were high.
