Royal Door

I Recommend ROYAL DOOR completely! Several years ago I started having issues with our old garage door. I found Royal Door from a Home Design publication and called them. The owner of the company was out the same day! He quickly saw the problem and repaired it. He explained that the repair he did was a simple adjustment and told me that our door should last a few more years. He could have told us anything else and started trying to put the pressure on! Instead, he placed their Royal Door sticker below the garage button on my wall. I handed him my credit card, rather tried to, he teplied there is no charge! He asked us to call them when we needed to replace it! When Royal Door of KC came to talk to us I saw that he looked familiar but I knew he could not be the young man from years ago! He said that he was his Father! Beautiful door and superb Service! were so kind and professional! Josh & Ashton reached out to shake my hand! The clean up after the installation was excellent! Very happy with Royal Door! When calling the office the lady was very informed and kind. The installers were punctual and polite work was speedy and done well. They were very helpful with setting up new information on our phones for the garage door openers. And left no trace of them behind.

Was very impressed with Royal Door. Their service technician, Jaccob, was very thorough with his inspection of the old garage door, spring & motor and pointed out concerns, but also items that didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty with not trying to sell me items I didn't need. The scheduling process was easy. On the day of installation, it was completed within a few hours and was very impressed with how the door looked. Would definitely recommend Royal Door to anyone needing a new garage door or maintenance on an old one.

Justin came out to give quote on new garage doors. He listened, shared his expertise and offered multiple options with the quote. He explained what to expect and offered more help and support with the selection of new doors. Julie was very helpful in the selection of the new doors with options and any new changes that I wanted. Took the time to really help with process and providing clarity with visual mock up too. All of the support from beginning to the installation made this a great experience and love the new doors and openers! I would highly recommend them to any looking for new garage doors.

Easter weekend my garage was ran into, and RD came out right away to remove the old door so that it could be boarded up. Door arrived in just a couple weeks and was immediately installed as soon as it arrived. The installers were polite, knowledgeable, and patient while teaching me how to program and use the new opening system. Actually, the demos guys were great, and the owner was super responsive, honest, and a genuinely nice guy. He helped me find a construction team to help with the rebuild while the door was on order. Julie in the office was awesome, she was sympathetic to the problem, calm, and attentive. 10/10!!!

Cam and Tay did a great job on the removal and installation in only 4 hours with no mess for us to clean up. Plus Cam took the time to explain all of the new technology features.
