Chris was very friendly and although we couldn’t do what he was called out to do (not his fault, just couldn’t install the garage door opener due to duct work in the garage) he was able to fix a different problem that we were having and went above and beyond to help us. He even offered a solution for installing the garage door in a different way. I highly recommend Team Taylor. They are very friendly and reliable.
From the very start every step of the process was great. Stephen was responsive to get a quick quote and schedule service. Chris arrive for installation and completed the job. They were professional and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!
The technician showed up exactly on time. He installed the new garage opener but also noticed some adjustment issues with my other door. He brought those issues to our attention and fixed them promptly. If I had the option I would have given them 6 stars!
Overall, the team was professional, personal, and proficient. Some hiccups happened day of install with a flat tire on the way, but the team was very communicative and resolved their issue quickly. Our service was still completed that day!

We recently had both garage doors and both openers replaced. We also decided to go with torsion springs versus the extension springs. The doors open very smoothly and quietly, which is the complete opposite of our original garage doors. We also like that the openers have an app that allows us to open the doors from our phone. Our few complaints actually have nothing to do with the doors or openers. We have found a handful of screws and staples in the garage and driveway and a couple of small holes in the wall. Also, we discovered scratches on our workbench. That wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't put it together maybe 20 minutes before the doors were installed. Overall, our installer did a good job with the doors and openers but may need to be a little more careful.
