My husband and I were both so impressed with Dalton and his crew. We received several bids and Dalton’s was by far the best - not just the price, but his bid was so professional and included many options that were just standard, where other companies listed them as "optional upgrades" and charged extra. Dalton and his lead, Rodrigo, were both extremely responsive and great to work with. The crew was very quality conscious and respectful of our home and they did a thorough job of cleaning up every night before they left. We couldn’t be happier with the end result! We hired Surepoint to install new siding and trim (whole house) and new windows. Working with Dalton and his team was a great experience from the initial consultation to project completion. Communication was timely and the crew was thorough in their work and kept us in the loop as questions came up through the project. In addition, Surepoint was the most reasonably priced out of the bids we received. We live in the northland and the bids we received from companies in our area were 30%-40% higher for the same materials and same work. As a former tradesman, I’d highly recommend Surepoint for your home projects.

They showed up a day earlier than expected and was finished in 5 days. I went from ugly vinyl on incorrectly to a home that looks brand new! I chose the Evening Blue color. I absolutely love it!!! I spent a year dealing with Bordners who was giving me 32% off. I’m so glad I decided to get some bids for the James Hardy site. Dalton gave me the best and most detailed professional bid. He even came in at 36% less than my "special"price from Bordners. That’s a a couple grand less and more was included in my price. I couldn’t get a detailed bid from anyone else. I was super happy with Dalton and Surepoint. He helped me with an updated design for the siding. The crew was prompt, worked all day and cleaned up after each day. Dalton is super responsive and answered my questions promptly. Their prices were better than other quotes I got without sacrificing quality! They also replaced installed a sliding glass door and windows and I’m extremely happy with the quality of those as well.

In the early stages of finding a contractor, it was so difficult for me to get a broken down itemized bid so I could see where my money was going and to what. This is an expensive project to do but well worth the investment. I appreciated Daltons transparency during this time with no price games or salesy negotiating! Once the project was underway, I will admit I was nervous…because Dalton was going to be stepping away to focus on new business. I totally get that he has an army to feed and multiple jobs happening at once. The crew of 10-15 guys show up early and on time every day to tear down the house and rebuild. This was the definition of organized chaos. I was nervous to say the least but was completely blown away with project manager Rodrigo. Rodrigo’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Rodrigo was able to ease my mind at every corner of the project and handled all issues that came up gracefully. Rodrigo was extremely responsive and answered every call and text promptly when I needed some peace in mind. This to me, is priceless! Dalton has built an incredible team with great attitudes, great craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s honestly remarkable not a single bad apple in the bunch. My advice to homeowners who decide to do a project similar to mine. You need to be home during the job. Don’t go on any trips or schedule appointments etc. so you can be involved and responsive on your end. This project takes both sides working together to deliver what you are expecting. No doubt, Dalton can deliver but some of this falls on the homeowner if you want your project done in a timely manner because decisions have to be made on the fly once things get started. So homeowners, be prepared. Have your fixtures, railings, shutters, new address numbers ready to go. Need to remove some concrete steps? Have a jackhammer ready and a concrete contractor lined up. Getting new windows? Better make sure the old blinds fit or have the new blinds that fit the new windows ready to go as this will help eliminate all loose ends at the completion of the project. I Highly recommend Dalton and his crew. They totally transformed our house and we are 100% happy with the final product.

Sure Point Exteriors replaced all our siding, windows and doors on our home. I cannot recommend this company enough. They finished quicker than planned and the whole crew was friendly and such hard workers! From start to finish, the process was smooth and we are so happy with the end result!

We had Sure Point re-side our house with James Hardie ColorPlus siding and trim along with new 6 inch gutters and gutter guards. They did a spectacular job from quote to finish and were very accommodating to us during the job. Please read my breakdown below. (Note: Photo was from before gutter installation, will add more photos). Details: Sure Point was professional from the get-go. It is a small group, so the owner himself came out to get the information on the house to form his bid and took time to understand everything we wanted done. We were provided a detailed estimate with imagery of every side of our house with detailed instructions of everything that was to be done on each side including materials, order of operations, and any special details. In our case, our old siding was quite worn and we had significant concerns about what might present itself as they worked on the house. These concerns were noted and detailed carefully. Additionally, we wanted to do some work ourselves while the house was opened up and Sure Point more than accommodated all our requests, both reasonable and somewhat unreasonable. The quote provided a breakdown of every single material to be used and detailed pricing, allowing us to easily compare between slight variations or optional items we may want. In terms of pricing, Sure Point was very reasonable, especially for the excellent quality of work done, in comparison to other bids we entertained, and the level of service Sure Point provided. Absolutely the best contractor we have ever worked with. When the crew showed up, they showed up! A well run ~8 man crew descended on our home with excellent management. They were fast and accurate. They fixed every area of concern, removing every last bit of rot and repairing any concerns behind the wall before laying new board for the siding underlayment. They took account of rain timing to ensure our house was always protected during their work. They also followed the installation rules of James Hardie to the letter. When it came time to inspect their work, there was basically nothing to note. Concerns we had after one day of construction were corrected the next without us having to even mention them. Any concerns we had at the end were answered in detail and only had one area around a light we wanted improved slightly which was fixed well to satisfaction. The crew even helped us with some new exterior lights we had purchased and worked around us during the project so modifications could be made by us to our front door and stoop. In summary, I can't imagine being happier with the siding job. Our house looks great and is now fully protected for decades to come! Sure Point went above-and-beyond any expectation of service and quality we could imagine.
