This has been our second experience with Windura, and it was wonderful again! Sales personnel work with you to find the best solution for YOU! We have a 1908 Craftsman and they make every effort to maintain the integrity of the home, to include assigning a craftsperson with expertise with, and a respect for, old homes. To a person they have been professional, efficient, and dedicated to their craft.

I chose Windura based on the reviews I read, and they lived up to it! From their exceptional service to the quality of their products, I couldn’t be happier! I took a very long time to make a decision and Drew was helpful and patient. Seth, Dean, Dave, and Brett were excellent for the installation. Bonnie was great and helpful with questions. And Daniel checked in to make sure we were satisfied and see if we anything else. Home improvements can be a stressful experience, but it wasn’t with anyone there. I will definitely will be back when we replace more windows.

I cannot overstate how excellent my experience with Windura was. We started this journey in another home 3+ years ago, when after weighing all the options decided to defer. Fast forward to now, and we couldn’t be more happy with our home full of new windows, basking in sunlight. Matt helped us understand the current configurations in our home were pliable and we were able to reconfigure some of our Mid-Century modern windows to perfection. (We also talked to a major, domestic window manufacturer who disappointingly gave us none of Matt’s options or recommendations) Matt was patient with us as we worked back and forth to get each window layout just right, from a design and practicality perspective. Dustin was our install lead for two phases and the quality of his craftsmanship and depth of his skill is evident. He gave me a brief each morning and an update each evening. The window bump out his team rebuilt was of superior quality and much prettier than the one they took out. His team is skilled and they left our place tidy each day. Windura runs a smooth operation with superior quality products and installation, superb communication and a consultation parternship that left me fully informed with even nicer windows than I had planned for. I would highly recommend using them.

I hardly need to leave a review for Windura, since it's obvious from their reviews and referrals that they do excellent work. We were overwhelmed when we finally had to replace the windows in the home we purchased in 2021. Built in 1989, all but two were original to the house and were difficult to open. We were replacing a Bay window with two casements, and most of the windows on the south side of our house. The quote from Windura fell in the middle of the other quotes we received (from Pella, Renewal by Andersen, and Apex Energy Solutions). Drew was very low pressure as a salesperson, which is something I appreciate. Windura is also a Marvin installer, and I'd done enough research to know that we probably wanted fiberglass, and Marvin was one of the leading options. After having a friend mention their positive experience with Windura, we went with them. The lead time was not short. We had Windura out in June, and they finished installation in early October. However, Drew was very transparent about lead times, and we decided it was worth waiting. The installation process confirmed this for us. We had the same crew out each day, and the crew leader was very communicative, as were all staff. The owner was on site at least twice during the install. The crew ran out of trim on the last day and were back only two days later to complete the install. Several after the project wrapped up, the owner called to ask if there was anything we needed to follow up on. I clarified a few things about paint, and mentioned that the mortar they'd removed hadn't set before it rained. I asked what product he would recommend we replace it with - it was a small detail, I knew we could do it easily. He said he'd send someone out within the next few days to take a look at it. Not only did the staff member replace it, he also filled a few other small spots where mortar had eroded with a more durable product. We have already planned out the replacements for the remaining windows in our home. It will not be inexpensive, and I know Windura will not be the right choice for everyone seeking windows. But if they're within your budget, I can't recommend them enough.

I contacted Windura about window replacement and the office staff promptly and kindly scheduled me for an estimate. Drew arrived on time and as scheduled. He explained that my glass could be replaced as opposed to replacing the entire window unit saving me literally thousands. This was all the more admirable considering that work would be done by another business. That’s integrity. Highly recommend!

We had 14 windows replaced by Windura and had a great experience from start to finish. Drew was responsive, straightforward, and just easy to work with — definitely stood out compared to the other vendors we spoke with. The install crew was excellent. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves every day, and finished exactly when they said they would. They encouraged questions and even did a full walkthrough with us at the end to make sure everything looked good and nothing was missed. We really liked their approach — full-frame installs, spray foam insulation, a written labor warranty — it all gave us a lot of confidence in the long-term quality. We ended up doing a mix of Marvin fiberglass and ProVia vinyl, and Drew helped us figure out the best combination based on looks, performance, and budget. No upsell — just honest advice. Highly recommend if you're looking for solid craftsmanship and a team that actually does what they say they’re going to do.

The is our third experience with Windura and we couldn’t be happier! The first two experiences were for window replacement and everything went extremely well. Actually everything went perfectly if you want to know the truth. So, we decided to challenge them a bit by asking to have a custom front door designed, built and then installed. Once again, the crew at Windura didn’t disappoint. From cost, to build time and then installation, everything went exactly as they said it would and we’re elated with the results! The crew from Windura always goes above and beyond our expectations. They’re an absolute pleasure to do business with.
