Overhead Door Company of Omaha

I’m very disappointed with Overhead Door. They replaced our garage door in April 2024. We hadn’t had any issues with the door until recently when they attached the door carriage to a board above the actual door became detached. As we discovered they must be the carriage to the other side of the existing board and it didn’t fit so they put the top screw into the top of the board at an angle. It was bound to fail. They came and looked at it yesterday and the repairman said he didn’t have the materials with him to fix it and someone from the office would get back with me. They didn’t. I called back today and they said they fix anything aesthetically and our problem is an aesthetic problem not mechanical. When they replace doors they don’t fix this type of problem. Just want everyone to know to pay attention before they leave to make sure yours is aesthetically fixed. Poor service. We’ve called another company and they will replace the board

Chris did a great job installing our new garage door opener. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and really explained all operational features in a professional manner. Above all he really took his time making sure I knew how to operate the opener. He is a great guy and very easy to work with.

We had an appointment with Chris this morning to put a new weatherstripping on the bottom or two garage doors. He was very kind very helpful and she had a lot of information with my garage door. He went above and beyond her expectations and I would highly recommend him to anybody thank you overhead door Company.v

My garage door wasn't working so we called Overhead Door company. TWO days later, they sent out to two 'techs' that told us we needed a new garage door opener for $600! We asked if it just needed a new part and they said it was so old they didn't even know if any was available, and if they had to order it, it would take 5 to 6 days before it arrived. They didn't have a new unit with them, or time to install it, if they did have one. Said I would need to make another appointment to have a new unit installed. THAT appointment cost me $65! I got a second opinion and was told I only needed a new part, NOT a whole new unit. Saved HUNDREDS of dollars!! (You can buy a new garage door opener at various places in Omaha for about $200- Menards, Home Depot, Lowe's etc)

The cable broke on my garage door and some hinges busted loose as well. Called on a mid Friday afternoon and they were able to juggle some things around and get a service tech out yet that afternoon. THANK YOU! Jon S, our service tech was GREAT! Very professional and did a great job. This isn’t my first time using this company and won’t be the last. Highly recommend Overhead door! Always responsive, professional, and do good work.

We have used overhead door Company of Omaha several times over the years for our large commercial garage door. We have used them for the occasional spring break, hinges that have worn out, panels or weatherstripping that needs replaced and Overhead door of Omaha has always been out quick and did a great job. This is who we will be calling for any future needs on our overhead garage door in our shop

Great service and very knowledgeable! Super fast and affordable! Everything I could ask for! Thank you and would definitely recommend to anyone! Rocki is amazing and we have had him out a few times times over the course of 11 years. He was able to fix this again! The wire cable broke on the side of the garage and our garage door opener kept pulling it up even though the cable was broke. It shouldn't have done that. He adjusted the settings so it won't do that again. Shows me some maintenence things to do with it to make it last longer. Great guy! I will continue to call them out in the future and highly suggest them to anyone and everyone!
