Hello Garage

My experience with Hello Garage has been great from start to finish. The free estimate was very informative, priced fairly and the materials quoted are only top of the line. The job was scheduled, the crew was on time and very friendly. The new floor was completed same day and the job looks great. I'm very pleased and impressed with Jack and his crew.

I did my research with a total of three companies to compare pricing, service and product knowledge. Hello Garage came out on top from presentation, information about their products and process to get the job done. Jon went out of his way to line up a few places so I could actually see the colors as we weren’t sure what color to choose. They were on time, took the necessary steps to ensure they kept dust and odors from going into the house and got the job done by early afternoon. They were very thorough in explaining the next steps before parking my vehicles. They did an excellent job that many people have complimented on the work.

Follow Up - 05/28/25 I think we are a little over 4 years in, had a couple minor cracks show up on the apron of the garage floor. (The side exposed outside the garage door). Called Hello Garage, sent pictures, they came out within 3 weeks and fixed them no questions asked. The apron was some of my most damaged area. Garage floor still looks brand new, couldn’t be happier with it. Follow up - 10/25/23 It’s been about two years, time for a follow up. I had some cracking/pealing on the floor coating in 3 different spots. Mostly minor and one long one. Called up hello garage, sent some pictures. Despite some initial scheduling issues, they came out within 30 days, they offered to redo the entire floor or to repair the cracked areas. I opted to repair the cracked areas. They did an amazing job, the color match was near perfect. I really appreciate the warranty work. This is exactly why I went with a company I was fairly certain would be stand behind their work. (And I was right) The other two companies I got quotes from are already out of business. Absolutely Love the floor, it’s my favorite upgrade I have ever made to the house. I now have a iRobot vacuum that auto vacuums my garage ever my week. I never have to sweep anymore. __________________________ I spent time researching different types of garage floor coverings, ultimately concluding polyaspartic provided the most durable, longest lasting. I then spent time researching companies, identified four and got four quotes. It was clear Hello Garage were the experts not only in presentation but in willingness to share their chemical product sheets removing any doubt about what mixture they were using. Kory and Tanner were both great to work with on the sales side, I had lots of questions before choosing which company to go with. Kory and Tanner brought no pressure clear answers to each question. Really appreciated their approach and level of knowledge. Sam and Austin were the technicians who installed my floor. Let’s be honest, at the end of the day Sam and Austin is truly where the rubber meets the road. (or polyaspartic meets the floor in this case). Sam and Austin communicated clearly, set clear expectations before beginning the work, they spent an entire day repairing and prepping the floor. Back out the next day to finish the floor, in constant communication throughout the entire project. To wrap the floor coating at the expansion joint, Sam stated they would cut the backer rod down slightly, in my infinite wisdom, I just pulled the 4 inch by 1-inch backer rod out, since the drive way was just recently laid. I could not get the backer rod back in given the added thickness from the floor coating. I reached out to Hello Garage explained the situation. Hello Garage was out the next day, used their own backer rod to fill the expansion joint and then caulked the entire expansion joint and refused to accept payment for the work. In life, often you get what you pay for, and sometimes there are jobs that are only worth doing if you do them right. I would argue a garage floor covering is one of those times. Hello Garage was not the cheapest quote, but I wasn’t looking for the cheapest, I was looking for quality, which is exactly what I received. Sam and Austin are truly Masters of their Craft. Thanks you gentlemen. My garage floor had moderate to heavy damage as far as cracks etc. (house built in 84). The difference is like night and day. The new floor is beautiful.

We purposely wait a while before posting reviews just to be sure our satisfaction isn’t skewed by first appearances. Six months later, we’re still as pleased as we were day one. Jack and his crew transformed our ugly, stained garage floor into a beautiful eye-popping extension of our home. Work was done professionally, on time and as promised.
