The original garage door motor they installed ended up being faulty, and they handled the warranty replacement process and reinstallation of the new motor. My high point was, nothing was implied that needed to be repaired beyond what the call actually was. I appreciated that business integrity. I don’t appreciate contractors trying to sell me anything other than what was called for! I’m already stressed with the current issue. Communication and response to my call was exemplary and professional. Price point was affordable and fair. I could tell Eli was very experienced and knew his/the business. He repaired my springs and reprogrammed my garage door key pads with ease. And, as I said, he didn’t try to hustle me for money! And for this experience, in the Rolodex this business goes! So refreshing. If you’re looking for in my opinion, an honest and professional contractor, Eli of Best Choice Garage Doors is definitely a 5-star experience.

Eli was very responsive, and was at my home when he said he would be. He expertly assessed the issue & made the repair that was mainly a result of a faulty wiring install by another local franchise operation. Eli was kind enough to explain the issue to me, as it made sense as to why this kept occurring.
