Don’t you be fool like we were… Being a vendor for some larger corporations in the Metro Atlanta area I have noticed the Overhead Door Company. What I did not know was there are others attempting to mimic their name, their sound their logo, etc. After searching for a reputable company, my wife took over the processes and found the Overhead Door Company. I was scammed out of approximately $3000 down payment that I left with another company…work not done . The second Company, The Overhead Garage Door Company stopped returning my phone calls or emails after many questions by my wife. We soon found out that they were not the Overhead Door Company. Once we got a hold to the Overhead Door Company, we were completely satisfied and pleased beyond measure. The professionalism, time, return phone calls and visits to their showroom and or a plethora of information via the web. We can do nothing but standby and recommend the Overhead Door Company they are AWESOME

We love our new doors! Overhead is a high quality operation and ordering was easy. In particular, we loved all the options of colors, window design and hardware. Impressively, the installer (a great guy named Gary) worked solo all day to ensure it was operational on the promised date. Thank you Gary and Overhead Team!

I've been a customer since 2001. The visit this review references occurred yesterday and was a requested maintenance visit. The service was superb as has always been my experience and Josh was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Josh quickly found some stressed parts that he showed me and suggested replacement. I concurred and he speedily tended to it, and then performed all the other standard maintenance items. I will be asking for him in future when I schedule future visits.

My wife and I had sporadic issues with the garage door not operating properly for months. Sometimes closing the garage would require holding the button until it reached the parking pad, and other times it would require going inside the house and using the hardwired remote then exiting through the front door. It was all very random. One of us could use the car remote successfully and then within minutes or hours the other had to do the garage door dance. So we called Overhead. The technician listened to the issues and suggested we start with the MyQ system. He helped to interface my phone with the MyQ system which took two calls to MyQ technical support, several restarts, and his expertise on overcoming some of the glitches in making MyQ work. This took an hour plus, but the technician remained very professional and patient, and his sense of humor helped as well. So, after 11 days since the service call it seems the issue has been resolved. The technician could have said 30 or 45 minutes in that this is working and sold us the alternative which was to replace the entire system. But his diligence and honesty is why I will remain an Overhead customer, whether it’s for a repair or a new system.

This morning I discovered the coil spring was broken. My husband called Overhead and the technician was able to replace it and have our garage door back up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
