Best garage door company I’ve ever worked with. They arrived on time explained everything that need to be repaired. Their price was fair and reasonable and they completed the job very quickly. I had a friend who use them that referred them to me, and six months after my friends door was fixed it made a squeaking noise. They came out immediately and under warranty and repaired at no charge. My friend recommended them to me, and I would recommend them to anybody there a great company.
Will not use this company ever again. . They started out great a couple years back. I had a broken spring. They recommended that both be replaced. Then last Jan. 2023 I needed a new motor. The technician was very scary looking. Then today the storm caused a problem so they installed a new motor. Charged me $200 for labor and said the garage door was not in balance and I needed new springs.They would not fix the issue ,and they would not balance the garage door because they weren't sure they installed the springs. And I wasn't going to buy new springs. The technician was very nice but only 4 months trained ,and would not balance the door. Past services were on file and proof of purchase. Manager very rude and wouldnt budge on his new employees recommendation. Not a good honest company. Just trying g to get more money. Go elsewhere for your garage door service.
