Allan came and worked on our garage door! He was honest and efficient. Thankfully nothing major had to be done and we are back on track (pun intended). We will definitely use them again!

This company is THE BEST! Terry came out and was able to put my roller back in place - it popped out and fixed the door because it wouldn't shut completely - it was sensing something. Everything was quick and reasonably priced. I will use him again and recommend this company to everyone! After calling around and getting quotes (if they gave one), I will not be using anyone else. They are upfront with their costs and give free estimates.

We recently replaced the original garage door from 1991 on the home we bought in 2013. Terry Davis was extremely friendly and set us up for a next morning appt. Lead tech Allen Von arrived on time, showed us the damage, offered us a cost to 'patch' the issue or a price to fully replace the door (which was absolutely needed!) and said the motor was in great shape and wouldn't require replacement. The crew arrived on time and installed a perfect door in less than an hour. The reason for the review however is the follow up work we had. Last night my daughters left a tailgate open after getting their softball gear out and shut the garage without noticing. This morning when the went to open the garage it caught the tailgate on the way up, bent the door and did cosmetic damage on the vehicle. Totally our fault. I called Terry Davis this morning when they opened, explained what happened and he offered to have someone out same day. Allen Von once again arrived at our home - took a good look and said the damage was minimal, bent the door back into shape, tested it multiple ways - showed me what to keep an eye one 'just in case' but that we shouldn't have any issues with it ----and then did not charge me anything since they had just installed it and he was already in the area. This is the type of customer service and quality effort that will make us customers for life and make sure anyone we know in need of garage door service contacts them. Can't thank you enough for being such an excellent company with superior customer service!

Service was great! It was easy to contact someone to make an appointment and they were able to come same day.

Called Terry and he was able to send Allan out the same day to give me a quote to replace my opener. Another company had quoted $1500 but their quote was $575 for the same opener! Allan replaced it the next day and I could not be more satisfied with his service.

My garage door wouldn't close. Called Terry (who was very kind) and he had a same day appointment. Allan is the technician and he is great! He not only fixed the problem, he explained how the whole system works and taught me how to ensure that my door and motor are functioning properly in the future. Great prices too! Would highly recommend!
