I should have done a before and after but I’m sorry I didn’t but Cameron is a God sent, first of all I wasn’t even at home but he was on speakerphone with my daughter and he was so kind and honest, he walk me through the whole process of what was going on and what needed to be fix. Then he took out his time away from family a day after Thanksgiving and came out to fix my garage. Cameron I truly appreciate you and Thank you for your kindness and honesty.

5 star review for sure! I contacted Savvy Garage Door from a recommendation, and I am glad I did. They were able to come over same day to fix the spring on my garage door. Jeff was excellent and had everything needed on the truck. He also noticed a few others items and was able to fix those on the door as well. Jeff took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done and why. Richard was a great help to Jeff, and I am glad they came. Great work. Would recommend to anyone.

Savvy Garage Door Company uses a third-party marketing service, and if you try to contact them through Facebook, be aware that they charge $135 just to come out to your location. When I called, the representative on the phone clearly told me there was no cost for the visit. However, when the technician arrived, I was told the $135 charge was for providing "information." I don’t mind paying for a service, but customers deserve a clear and honest explanation of charges before scheduling an appointment. I felt misled by the front desk operator and ended up paying $135 for information I could have easily found online for free. It’s important for this company to be transparent about their fees upfront so that customers don’t get an unpleasant surprise.

From the start, they provided a clear explanation of the work required to install our 9x8 single-car steel-back insulated garage door, which gave us total confidence in the process. They responded to our inquiry promptly and were able to schedule installation the very next day. I can't say enough nice things about Savvy Garage Door and Repair! My garage door came off track without warning and became stuck halfway up. I was unable to get my vehicle out. I called several places to try and get same day service with no luck. I called Savvy Garage and Alex was great!! (and Robert) He said they could be right out and even better they were in my area. They came out and were able to get my door fixed very quickly. I would recommend their services to all!!

My company contacted Savvy Garage Door for a pretty in depth job. Alex and his crew did amazing work while removing and replacing our customer's old water logged wooden door. They upgraded our customer to an insulated steel panel. Not only did they replace the door, but they trimmed it out to where it matched the previous door. Our customer has a pretty strict HOA, so it was important that we get this right. Savvy Garage didn't just get it right, they knocked it out of the park.
