The two men that came to repair my garage door were young ( probably in their 20’s) but two pros. They got right to work. They assessed my garage door issue. Taylor, the technician came out to remove and replace the worn out weather stripping on the base of the overhead door. After inspecting the operation of the door. He made a couple of recommendations to improve the overall operation. Upon my approval, he made a few adjustments which now allows the door to operate more smoothly and with less noise. After he completed the job, I noticed that the new weather stripping installed did not have a perfect seal against the ground. He returned the same day to make the appropriate adjustments. He determined that a different type application would be needed. A new stripping was applied and has a perfect seal when the door is closed. Taylor was extremely courteous and professional and went the extra mile so that I was totally satisfied.
