They have beautiful garage doors. Everyone was very helpful every step of the way. Installation was great. Jarrod was so nice and he was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Plano overhead garage door. Professional from start to finish!

What a refreshing change! I called Plano Overhead Garage Door after another company couldn't honor their appointment today. I should have looked at reviews first and I would have called POGD first. Juan was even able to come an hour earlier than I originally expected. They asked my permission of course to allow this. Juan was so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He corrected things that a home improvement retailer made shortcuts on during my last garage door installation and the last GDO installation. He replaced the springs, lubricated everything, and explained the follow up maintenance that was included, as well as all the warranty information. So happy!!

Love my new opener! Plano Overhead Garage Door was very detailed about when they'd arrive, and who would be arriving. Jake was awesome! Great representation of the company! He was honest, and made me feel like I was making the right choice. He provided the estimate, and I asked when can I get the work done. He said right now I have the opener in the truck. He was quick, took all the old stuff, and was very thorough going through the setup of my new opener. Great customer service!

Wonderful experience using this team for full garage door replacement. The consultation rep was extremely knowledgeable, citing special preparations needed to replace our formerly vintage garage door. The concrete was drilled to make room for the new insulated door. All tracks and new motor were installed very well. Mess was cleaned up and we are enjoying our much quieter garage door! Will recommend!

Great customer service! I requested a repair consultation at 6:30pm & Kalil was at our house the next morning by 8:30am ready to assess our door! He was able to talk us through the issues & what he recommended to be repaired. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us on a new door and he clearly communicated the pros & cons of repair or full replacement of our garage door. Kalil was super knowledgeable & communicated upkeep of our new coils & updated door after the repair was complete! We are very happy with our service!

I had a full service done today on my garage door by the Plano Overhead technician, Greg Boshart. Greg's work exhibited a very high level and expertise and thoroughness. He's a perfectionist, tweaking things here and there until the door was working exactly as he wanted, yet he was very time efficient as well. He answered all my questions, gave me an honest assessment of my very old motor, and was courteous and a pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend Plano Overhead Garage without reservation. I can't even think of anything they could have improved upon. I will definitely use them again when the occasion arises.
