My garage door opener died after about 40 years and the door was that old also but was working ok, wood door, just real heavy. I decided to replace all of it. I called the company I have used before for repairs but no response, no call back and I’m glad they didn’t. I called Eric with Access Garage Doors. He came out the next morning and showed all the options for doors and openers, worked up a bid which was very reasonable and two weeks later I had a new door and opener expertly installed. Eric arrived on time and was super competent and friendly. Our garage door was not functioning and was a source of frustration. Eric fixed it in no time at all, did not try to oversell us with anything we didn't need right now and was very pleasant to work with. We look forward to having him come again anytime we are in need. Both our doors are working perfectly now.

I had called SEVERAL places and this business feels like used cars. I luckily talked to Eric who is the owner. He talked to me very politely and professionally. He was at my house within an hour replacing a spring. He didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t need. He was very upfront about the cost and was done quickly. I appreciated the no BS approach. I use google a lot and I am skeptical of 5 star reviews, but he very much deserves it.
