We are very pleased with our new garage door and installation from Crawford doors. We appreciated the ability and ease to customize everything from the panels to the windows including making them frosted for increased privacy. The new door came insulated and the installation included new springs, rails, hardware, etc. This has made the opening and closing of the door much quieter. As happy as we are with the outcome of our new door, we are even more excited about how cost effective it was to go through Crawford. We would definitely recommend their work to our family and friends. An additional thank you to Shari, Mike, and Roger for their excellent service!

Crawford Garage Door called just before arriving on the scheduled install date. Very friendly and hard working. We left a bucket out for all the old hardware and they threw all the nuts and bolts in it for us. The new garage door is beautiful and works perfectly. They called for a follow up a few days later. Very easy to work with. If there develops problems down the line, we feel they will be more than willing to rectify the situation. Thank you. Rick and Karleen Logan

I contacted Crawford Doors for an estimate on a new garage door and Mike arrived on time for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and he gave me a great price! I scheduled the install and their service tech arrived on time and had the installation done in under 3 hours! I am very impressed with the new door and hardware! I would highly recommend their services!

1 star. Extremely disappointing experience with Crawford Doors regarding our apartment community's garage door repair. Timeline of events: Door broke on December 10th Initial inspection in December with no follow-up Mid-January visit: Technicians arrived without necessary parts Promised parts would arrive "in a few days" Follow-ups in January met with "waiting for parts" responses Early February: Told president was involved and parts were shipped Late February: Called again, discovered parts were never shipped, getting same response about president involvement Over 2 months of inconsistent communication, unfulfilled promises, and what appears to be deliberate misinformation. Being told multiple times that "the president is now involved" only to find no actual progress is particularly concerning. Cannot recommend their services based on this experience, as they have demonstrated poor communication, lack of follow-through, and inability to handle basic repair logistics.

I was in the hospital and had my daughter-in-law there to give the technician the check. I would have had the repair made even if someone was not at home. I trust Crawford Door, have done for many years.
