We own multiple properties and the last few times we needed garage door work, we dealt with Overhead of SSLC. They have been pretty bad as they sep appointment nice enough but then never show up or call to notify. When we’ve called to see what the issue is the lady who answers the phone is EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE. She actually said "I don’t know why they didn’t show up, it wasn’t me who was coming out so you’re barking up the wrong tree". Wow. So when I asked when we were to be rescheduled, I again was the recipient of the woman’s horrible customer service and was told "if you need service that bad, maybe you should just call someone else", then she hung up on me!!!!! Wow! So I called Crawford Doors and they were very polite, still had us in their system from earlier work years ago and made an appointment for the very next day…. Came out, had the parts in stock and fixed the issue right away. I will go back to Crawford Door now every time and like I said, we have many properties so Overhead….. you lost a good customer and lots of work over your employees extreme unprofessional and rude behavior . ‍♂️ Thanks Crawford!!

Jesse Easton was our technician and I was so impressed with how quickly he worked and how professional and polite he was. I’ve owned a business long enough to know that many companies would have been trying to sell me a new door. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and good intentions. It seems like it’s hard to find these days. Idefinitely will choose them in the future for service and a new door.

This is strictly on customer service- Called with issue told by woman who called me back and I quote TODAY IS NOT THE DAY TO MESS WITH ME! Wow -and she also stated I needed to be congenial - No swearing no raising of voice by me and that is the treatment I got from this establishment .Which by the way never even addressed the damage to door when it was delivered - What happened to people being proud of their work ??? My issue was minimal regarding a weak spring a on a very large door .Never mind the door I purchased was never represented to me as damaged. Installer was congenial She was not !! I never blinked at paying $400 over ad price either as seen in as attached.

I called Mike at Wasatch doors during the holidays. Our door completely came off the whole garage door laid on our vehicles within two hours. He had a crew there. They had it re-installed, aligned working perfectly, and was so fair on the price. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs good service at a fair price

Overhead door company did a fantastic job. I really did a number on our commercial garage door with a forklift. I called late on a Friday night and got an appointment for 2 business days later. The techs arrived on time and within an hour the door was back running perfectly again. They even fixed a roller on another door while they were there. I highly recommend using them. They will do all of our work in the future. Thank you

We called multiple companies to fix our garage door and never heard back from most of them or was told the wait would be a month. Got in touch with Overhead and they came out same day and fixed our garage within an hour! Amazing service and will definitely be going with them when/if we need anything with our garage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when i called. Our garage door is original to our 90s house and when it stopped working i was debating between fixing it and just replacing the whole thing. I had way too many questions and they happily helped me with all of them. They quickly came out the next day and when i decided to fix the existing door they had parts ready to go and fixed it the same day at a good price. I would highly recommend them!
