Justin was great! Arrived during the specified window, did a thorough assessment and offered me a few options. I didn’t price compare b/c of the great reviews but looking at the model he installed online, I probably paid $250-350 for the installation fee (2½ hrs to complete the job.) We like the wireless system and accompanying keypad access.

My garage door torsion springs needed replacing. One side completely snapped and broke. I called The Garage Door Specialists and it was fixed within two hours. I found them to be the most affordable (by a lot) and the garage was literally working within a couple hours. The picture is how it looked before the repair. You can see the spring on the left is broken. This means the heavy door doesn’t have this assistance when opening. You can’t do this repair in your own, so I highly recommend calling these folks. Super friendly and again, easily the most affordable. I’m so grateful I called them.

The spring on our garage door went out on a Saturday and we were unable to close the garage, which was a huge concern for us. We were searching for a company open on a weekend that was available the same day. After reviewing various garage door companies, luckily we came across Garage Door Specialists and they were able to send a technician (Adam) within an hour of calling! This was a huge relief to us and the repair was done same day in less than an hour. We were extremely grateful to have the repair done immediately without having to wait a few days and in a professional manner. Adam was quick and did a great job servicing our garage door. We appreciate that this company was available on a weekend. Made the whole experience less stressful! Highly recommend this company for garage door needs!

My entire experience with Garage Door Specialists was amazing. From my first panicked call needing assistance to 1.5 hours later when the job was completed the overall service was top notch. Adam Solomon was a skilled, quick, pleasant technician who took care to do the job right. He took time to answer any and all questions, go over preventative measures and educate us about our garage door. Well after normal business hours, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. Speaking with Mike, he was able to schedule a technician shortly thereafter. Justin arrived during the scheduled window (10:00 pm) without complaint. Instead of disengaging the garage door and returning the next day, Justin stated he could have it in working order in an hour or two. He stayed a little past midnight to get it working perfectly. He replaced the broken spring mechanisms as well as rollers - not an easy task at all. Justin also repaired a bent portion of the garage seal which had nothing to do with the problem. I can’t overlook the muggy temperature (92 degrees) in a garage where the door was closed the majority of time in order to repair. Justin never complained. He went the extra mile and with a great attitude! From the onset, Mike and Justin helped in many ways that are overlooked in today’s business model. I appreciate the commitment, communication, and follow-up regarding customers. This sets you all far above the competition. This was a great experience. MIKE was very easy to deal with on the phone, and offered great pricing. The techs hit the ground running Louis and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. Left no mess behind and installed a great garage door in only 1.5 hours. Thanks guys..

Al was the person who answered the phone call and the one that came to my house to inspect the job site and give me an estimate and opinions. I don’t remember the name of the employee that came to do the installation but he did a good job. I am satisfied with the installation of the new garage door, very professional. They hauled the old garage door. I will recommend them to anybody that needs to fix or replace a garage door.
