Was very happy with their service! They texted me when the technician was on his way, he arrived on time and went over the issues I was having. He gave me three different price estimates, depending on how extensive a repair I was interested in. But no high pressure tactics. Ricky, the technician completed the job in a timely manner and was always friendly and respectful. I would have no problem having them do Repairs in the future or recommending their company.

Scheduled an appointment for a basic door tune-up & Safety Check for garage door and opener. Technician David Arreguin was extremely professional and informative. He advised me of what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns with the present operation of my garage door or opener. He was very thorough in his assessment of the condition of the door and opener with all the moving parts as well. When he was finished with his inspection he went over everything with me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I have used Precision for many years and they sold and installed my most recent garage door and opener in 2013. This company is excellent and very professional and friendly. The technician arrived promptly and explained the problem with my door and presented me with a quote within minutes. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he explained what he had done and what maintenance needed to be done regularly to make sure that the door would work efficiently and last longer.
