This company has high quality doors at a premium price. The showroom is fantastic, it was easy to decide whether to choose, wood, fiberglass or metal. We ordered a custom metal door with specific glass, wait time was longer than anticipated.The ordering process was good, we were provided the opportunity to review the design prior to ordering and made a deposit of half the total cost. Installation team was professional, protecting my hardwood floors, retaining the existing crown moulding and ensuring the exterior looked flawless. The only improvement is ensuring the french door pins at the top and bottom that fasten the stationary door are a tighter fit reducing the movement caused by strong winds. All in all pretty happy with the purchase and serviced received.

From the moment we walked into the showroom until the installation was complete, everything was amazing. The sales team and design team were fantastic!! The front door is amazing quality and looks beautiful and is super heavy duty!! The installer was very detail oriented and did an amazing job. I’m pretty sure this door is going to be around longer than I will!! Highly recommended!!

The best! From the very start, we felt in control. Trey (amazing), walked us through many options for an iron door and obscured glass until we were quite comfortable in our purchase. We were kept informed through the process. The installers were top notch! Very professional, taking care to ensure work area was not intrusive to hardwood floors and was even conscience enough to cover inside area to avoid saw dust. The end result is beautiful. John Robinson was pleasant to work with. We went in on a Saturday for our initial meeting, he was very knowledgeable in helping us design our doors. We purchased 3 iron door sets and 2 pre-finished fiberglass doors. Everything was installed on schedule. We are very pleased with everything. We would highly recommend FDC for all of your door needs.

The door is even more beautiful than I expected. And the level of service was exceptional. In store, Trey made the process so simple and was always so friendly and knowledgeable. At my home the installer, whose name I have forgotten, went so far beyond expectations. He made sure that everything was perfect, he was friendly and made me feel very safe and comfortable while having a stranger in my home. Absolutely recommend The Front Door Company!!

Second time purchasing a door through the Front Door Company, and it was a great experience yet again. The staff in the store are always helpful, as are those who confirm measurements and install - they have both been nice, thorough, and have had great attention to detail. Would recommend!
