Tuff Shed Spokane Valley

I am very pleased with my new tuff shed. Dominic was very helpful and easy to work with during the planning for the shed. The installers did a very good and fast installation. Would highly recommend everyone I dealt with during this process.

We downsized from a large house 3 car garage 5 bedroom 4 bath 3 level to a 3 bedroom 2 bath one level 2 car garage. A tough shed was the perfect answer so easy to build exactly how you wanted. Dominic was super easy to work great help walking us through the process. The Installer came out on a hot 93° day pop that up in about five hours couldn’t be happier. We were going to do a 8X8 x went with the 10 x 10 perfect size couldn’t be happier. also, definitely get the ramps and keypad lock system.

We had a great experience using Tuff Shed. This our second time using Tuff Shed for our gardening tools and storage need. Dominic took the time to listen and help us decide the style and size of shed we needed. We have huge basalt formations on our property that predicated that our shed had to be built on site. The team came out and had it built a 10 foot wide by 20 foot long in one day. DIY custom shelves inside built by the owners.

Sales rep Max Lupo really helped me out and I appreciate how easy the whole process was. Also a big shoutout to the builders who put it up in one day and did a great job, crazy. The cost of the shed to value added (both qualitative and quantitative) is

Dominic was great at Tuff Shed! He helped me design our shed based on our needs and was helpful even when we changed our minds on some things. He helped us get the best deal we could for quality materials. Their install team was great as well. Only issue was their scheduling person who wasn’t very helpful over the phone and seemed to prefer text communication - I called to ask when we should expect installation because I hadn’t heard back after leaving a voicemail the day before. She said I was on her list to call back so I said oh cool! So when are we looking at? And she was not very nice and said she would call me later and that she wasn’t scheduling me then. I said okay, when should I expect a phone call? She said early afternoon (it was almost noon). Okay, that’s fine I guess? Then she didn’t even call, only texted and said they when they would be out. Thank goodness the time and day worked, not sure how we would have figured out a different time/date over text if it didn’t work. Everyone else is great though, just the customer service skills with the scheduling lady needs some work.

This was our 2nd Tuff Shed we've purchased. Dominic Sanders, Tuff Shed rep, made the design and purchase process easy as possible. Shed was ready for installation very quickly (couple of weeks later) and the crew was in and complete that same day it was delivered. Quality is very good. The shed came primed and I applied the same exterior colors as our house. We wired up a interior light and a couple of power outlets for charging our battery powered yard tools. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Dominic with Tuff shed did a wonderful job on my shed. The process was easy and they were fast with installation.
