Tad did an awesome job! He addressed my noisy door and found more problems than we initially thought. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My garage door is quiet and operating like it should.

Update 2: we called WD first thing, and Chaz to the rescue came the same day. He cleared the code, connected our remotes as well as the car's Homelink. also tested the neighbors remote and it didn't raise or lower our garage door. Thank you Wayne Dalton! Update 1: after Tad left, a new problem occurred. the neighbors remote opens our garage door! How is that possible? we called WD and couldn't get anyone out for 4 more days. Byron came out and reset the motor and connected the cars again. unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved. unlucky us, it happened on the weekend. Tad was finishing up work on a neighbor's garage door when I walked over to ask for his help connecting our car with the garage door. Somehow it disconnected. Tad was wonderful, even though we kept him from eating lunch, he took time to fix our issue. even told us preventive measures for future problems. Tad is the man of the hour and a keeper. Next time, we'll call and ask for him. Thanks Tad!

I don't ever leave reviews but I was just so impressed with the level of service that I thought anyone shopping for overhead doors needs to know how good their service is. Parker went out of his way to make sure everything was adjusted just right and I thought I may need a new opener on one of the doors but he was able to replace the damaged part under warranty. He found and repaired several issues that I hadn't even noticed on a couple of the doors and he did not leave until everything was just perfect. We found ourselves without a functioning garage door. We got a few quarters, but they all wanted to replace the system instead of repair it. For a BIG price! My husband went to the Wayne Dalton service center and not only walked away with the parts he needed, but said it was "the best experience he’s had at a store ever!" I think Thomas helped him. My husband was willing to fix it himself, but he discovered that Wayne Dalton does repairs at a great price with great service. Josh was our repairman—he was efficient, friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!
