Nov 21, 20025, With all the rain and wind, September hit hard it took a toll on my roof and home. Imagine finding water inside it was so stressful. Calling Insurance, what is needed. I honestly felt stressed out. I found Heroes Roofing & Construction - Thank you Jeremy Loya you are awesome. He presented all information, showed images of Heroes work. Walked me through the process. Showed up when insurance adjuster came to the house. I wasn't alone! Mr. Damian Owner and Mr. Daniel Project Manager understood my questions and concerns and worked with me I appreciate your patience's. The Crew was respectful and hardworking. Kudos to Carlos and Manny. The Interior crew Wow thanks Eddie, Marco and Richard they are awesome. And recently with the rain on Thursday I called to notify of finding water inside. Damian sent his foreman Manny and advised me they would get to the bottom of this issue. This is key to Communication, their Value in Quality of results, supporting the progress and completion of their work. I Thank you Heroes Roofing & Construction for you just didn't stop when the roof was done. You continued to show that "A Customer is Valued" and Military appreciation.
