Alpha Home Inspections LLC provided an absolutely fantastic home inspection experience. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and Kevin was incredibly patient and responsive. Right from the start, he was highly communicative and answered all of my detailed questions thoroughly, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. He actively encouraged me to follow him during the inspection, which was a huge bonus—it was a true educational walk-through. Kevin was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). He took his time to make sure I understood his inspection and what items he was inspecting. He went into detail after the inspection to let me know about the issues he found that should be addressed. Also, he advised on maintenance items that would help to ensure the home is kept in good condition. Kevin's report was so incredibly thorough and detailed. Lastly, Kevin assured me that if I have any questions in the future, I am welcome to contact him. I have been through a few home inspections in the past and Kevin's inspection was by far the easiest and most detailed of them all.

We had a good experience with Kevin doing a home inspection for us on a home we were looking to purchase. He gave us a lot of information about the home and things that may need addressed. He helped us to know what we needed to consider before moving forward with the sale and for the few problem areas that arose helped us know the right contractor to reach out to.
