Sommers Home Inspections

People said that there was "NO NEED" to do an inspection on a newly constructed town home - but I did anyway and was so glad that I did. Uli Sommers found 21 errors and 1 disaster that the builder agreed to fix; after documenting many construction problems that I didn't even notice, Uli was concerned that a flushing toilet did not "sound right" so she recommended a sewer scope. This uncovered a faulty sewer installation that had three areas of standing water and blockage! This would have cost me several tens of thousands of dollars if I had to do it after moving in. Thankfully the builder is digging up the garage floor and driveway to install a new sewer line so I was very impressed with them too!

Uli was extremely thorough inspecting a home I was excited about. She found enough worrisome issues that I backed out of the deal and I'm grateful for her keen eye! She also makes great suggestions for improvements of things that don't necessarily need to be fixed. I highly recommend Uli for your home inspections!
