MCC Home Inspections

Uncovered major issues on a new construction home! We purchased a new townhome, built by DR Horton, and Michael of MCC Home Inspections came out to inspect the property. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We received a huge report, detailing every discrepancy, with descriptions and photos. Turns out the roof was actively leaking, with mold growth, and a gas line underneath the property was improperly installed and damaged. MCC Home Inspections seems to have the best prices, but more importantly, they are worth every penny.

We wanted to get an inspection done after a major repair project on our home. I contacted MCC home inspections. Michael was great to talk to and was able to schedule an appointment the same week. He was very thorough and friendly and provided a detailed report the same day. He did a whole home inspect paying special focus to the areas of the recent repair. His pricing is reasonable and was well worth the cost as one of his findings was very valuable and we were able to provide the company who did the original repair the report and they agreed to fix the finding. I highly recommend Michael and MCC home inspections. I would certainly use them again.
