Elliott Home Services did a fantastic job with our Radon mitigation service. Every step was seamless and communication was top notch. I felt informed the whole time and every person that works for them that I encountered was professional and polite. The system is sleek and installed very well. They wear disposable booties over their shoes when they are in the house, which is I super appreciate as not everyone does with services. Our readings hadn’t dropped right away and the owner came out and inspected where else we might need to seal the house for leaks. After that, the second reading dropped dramatically to very low levels for a basement. I feel much safer having my kids sleep in the walkout basement now that I know they won’t be getting Radon. Highly recommend this family owned company.

Dan Elliott and his crew did an excellent job installing not one but two Radon Mitigation Systems for us. We had a straight forward job in our workshop, and a complex system (3 different crawl spaces & a basement). The work was beyond our expecations. They also got rid of some mold in our attic. Our home is good to go for at least another 45 years. If you need this type of work completed, they are the best in my opinion.

Elliot Home Services encapsulated our crawlspace creating a very pleasant clean/fresh air environment that we are completely satisfied with being able to sleep at night knowing that our air quality is pure and mold-free. They also installed a radon system that circulates air with a de-humidifier creating a moisture - free environment in the crawlspace. Thirdly, Elliot Home Services repaired and reinforced a faulty foundation realigning the joists and floor beams so that the floors and walls are sturdy, level, and free from sagging! They were very professional in all of their communication and work throughout the duration of the project! Elliott home inspection did a recent house for me. The inspection cost was very reasonable, and the report was extremely thorough. The place I was having inspected was fairly small, but Dan did a great job of going over every detail and providing a very thorough report. I definitely recommend them for any home buyer!
