MEJARO Inspection Services

I had an excellent experience with Mejaro for a new construction home inspection. Candi was so helpful in the office to help get the inspection scheduled. Our inspector, Joel, was amazing! He took the time to explain his process and was very receptive to answering any and all questions. He explained his findings thoroughly throughout the appointment and left me feeling confident and well taken care of. The comprehensive report was emailed within 24 hours with detailed information. I would absolutely work with Mejaro again in the future!

We had an excellent experience with Mejaro! We had a tight turnaround time to get an inspection done and Candi was super quick, responsive, and professional. We were not able to be onsite during the inspection and due to an oversight on my part, I missed Candi's calls to get some required paperwork signed--however, the inspector Joel graciously waited onsite for more than an hour until we were able to respond with the paperwork and get the inspection completed. Joel did a great job and the inspection report was thorough, professional, and well-documented. We've been in our new home for about 3 weeks now and love it! Big thanks to Mejaro (and Candi and Joel) for their services!

This is our second inspection with Mejaro Home Inspections and again highly recommend for your home inspection. We met our inspector, Joel Huston, at the scheduled time and he greeted us with a smile and was extremely friendly. The inspection process was awesome and Joel explained things he was doing as needed. He provided additional detail on areas of concern. What was most impressive was their Home Inspection Report that was sent just 24 hrs later. It is an amazing report, accessed online, that provided great detail, easy to read, very initiative with each home area inspected available in sections. Pictures were provided with "one click" access that you could easily zoom in for better detail. Additionally, each condition was color-coded to reflect the severity of the condition with "Green, Orange, and Red". Could not have been more pleased and again, highly recommend you use Mejaro Home Inspections for your home inspection requirement/s.

What a tremendous experience with Mejaro Inspection Services! To start: our phone call with Candi was friendly, well-versed, and comprehensive. We immediately felt at ease with the professional communication, and were able to quickly schedule an inspection - important when under the crunch of trying to close. We appreciated communicating via phone, email, and text message with quick response times across all. The actual inspection was fantastic. Scott Taylor met us outside the property, and before we ever entered set some expectations for his process. He was clear, concise, eminently able to answer any question, and compassionate. Scott took his time in his inspection, and was clearly well-prepared with the tools for the job. Several times, he would come find us to point out areas of particular interest, always taking his time to make sure we fully understood each issue. Although we opted to tail the inspection more generally while we explored the property on our own, Scott made it clear we could follow him as closely as we wanted. We strongly felt that Scott saw us as community members and clients, and not just as numbers on a work order. At the end of the inspection, we went through all significant issues together. We were invited to add elements that we had concerns about, and he carefully documented them for the record. Within 24 hours, we had a complete report of our inspection with richly detailed photographs. It allowed us to make responsible choices within our home-buying process.
