Amazing experience with DFX. Jose and Alex showed up on time, were courteous, professional, and friendly! The work was completed in the timeframe indicated and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves (as best you can when your foundation is dug up). Honorable mention to James for coming out and showing me everything DFX stood for early on in this process. 10/10 would recommend and would use again, but hopefully I won’t need to!

James Johnson was absolutely incredible! I would rate 100 stars if I could. James was so thorough and took so much time to discuss the concerns of my property. He showed me a bunch of images he took, took the time to make drawings of the condition of my home and what repairs were needed, and he answered every single question I had. i’m telling you all right now, call James and you will not be disappointed.

Canard Cooper came to see my steps that dropped about 3 inches. And noticed by digging, there is no slab. So, made calls in my presence to give me my options. Very knowledgeable and professional. Can add, is very managerial and customer service focused.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Coop come to our home and address the issues we are having with our crawl space. Coop spent many hours collecting information including taking measurements, pictures and moisture readings of our crawl space. His explanation of what he found and the process of addressing the different ways of remedying our concerns was well presented. We are very pleased and satisfied with his time spent and professionalism.

Cooper was great to work with! He braved the small crawlspace under my condo, took photos, and explained how best to treat the problem areas. He was helpful, professional, and answered every question I had. I will def. keep DFX in mind for future jobs.

James Johnson was punctual, polite, and courteous upon arriving at the appointed time. James Johnson came out and offered excellent advise and guidance on how to fix my issue. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary, over the top solutions that weren’t needed. I had all of the "Big" companies come out and get quotes, they were all overkill and clearly looking to sell me their product. James took the time to listen and provided me a common sense solution. I felt like I could trust him and will use this company and recommend them to anyone else that needs foundation repairs.
