Roger Williamson is an excellent Home Inspector. I would highly recommend him if you’re in the market of buying a home. It took him approximately 4 hours to conduct the inspection of our new home. He then provided us with a detailed report on everything that needed to be completed. The report included written and photographic documentation of what was needed or lacking. He was patient, waiting over 20 minutes for access, and he stayed calm even when we accidentally changed the thermostat during his testing twice (oops). He spent hours on a meticulous inspection and delivered an excellent report with clear explanations, high-resolution photos and videos, and prioritized recommendations. He found several issues we would have missed, explained why they were not deal breakers, and showed how to fix them.
