Luis got back to us immediately regarding our home inspection. He was able to accommodate our schedule by doing the inspection on a weekend so we could be there and not take time away from work. The website, payment, ease of getting the report were so great and easy! Luis was more then thorough on his inspection of our new home. He took the time to explain everything in question, best way to amend anything needed fixed, and excellent advice. I highly recommend Luis for any inspection needs due to the toughness and detail he puts into each inspection. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the sale of our new house after the inspection with Luis and advice on items needing fixed to pass insurance. He also took the time to initial the original inspection report and review items fixed so we could pass insurance inspection. Thank you again Luis!
