Dayton Radon

Had a great experience with Dayton Radon. They recently tested a home I am considering buying. Ryan was quick about getting me scheduled, and with getting my detailed radon report back to me. He kept open and honest communication with me throughout the whole process, making things much easier on me. Quality work, awesome customer service, great price, and all around good guys. Definitely recommend!

Ryan and Justin at Dayton Radon are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. When you invite someone into your home, you want to feel comfortable, knowing that the team you are working with is trustworthy and honest. Our experience was a great one. Ryan came over to set up our monitor, and graciously worked around our family, which includes a small baby. He was in and out within 15 minutes, and made us feel at ease about the equipment and the short (2 day) period over which the monitor would take samples. When collecting the equipment at the end of the testing period, Ryan gave us a reading on the spot, but then said he will follow up with a detailed report for our files. How nice. We wanted to get the testing done because we had used the charcoal "home test" kits before (usually free or $10), and had gotten mixed readings over two sampling periods. One came back with a level that required attention, so I knew that I had to get a professional test done for the safety of my family. Call them to set up a test if you are buying a home, or if you have any doubts about your current Radon situation. Don't skimp on your family's well being. Do the proper testing and rest easy knowing you have accurate data in order to make a decision. You will be glad you did!

I was referred to Dayton Radon because the first company I called was not able to accommodate me within a week of the call. I am glad I listened to the recommendation! Dayton Radon was able to schedule me in quickly. Justin was very professional. He arrived on time, setup and took down quickly while being thorough to ensure the test was valid. We lost power during the test and luckily the test equipment had a battery backup! We received the report within 2 hours of him picking up our test! I highly recommend Dayton Radon!

Dayton Radon's team rapidly responded to our test request, ran the test a day earlier than initially forecast, volunteered unofficial results during the test, and promptly provided clear and final results immediately upon completion. We had our report well before we needed it for negotiations with our seller. Pricing is competitive, service is above and beyond, and communication is clear. I'm impressed!

Ryan and Justin are very knowledgable and professional about testing for radon. When I wanted to conduct a radon test in a home I was wanting to purchase, they scheduled access to the property, set up their equipment, and ran a 2 day test. I received a very detailed report that made me more confident about the home I was buying. I would absolutely use them again!
