They are ok, my only few complaints were my carpet. He told me that he can’t put anything about needing new flooring because that’s not what they inspect, he did however say that I needed it. I told the agent but they kept telling me that it’s not on the report so they wouldn’t replace it. I noticed my neighbors that also purchased their home got new flooring but they did go with a different company . Also I have bad cracks going across my driveway that leading to front steps, that should have been on report. Also holes in vinyl on outside of house and under bathroom sink cabinet are worn out, my appliances are also outdated refrigerator sounds like it’s about to go out. I’m not sure if that’s something that was supposed to be part of inspection but overall he was a nice man.

I had a fantastic experience with Craig! As a young, out-of-state investor, I truly appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile. When I called with questions about the roof, he immediately offered to go back out and take a second look at no charge. His commitment to providing value was clear from start to finish. I had an inspection today for purchase of a home. I have to be honest, customer service isn’t always the best as of late. This company change my views on that. They made the process seamless. The kindness of the woman putting in my request and the inspectors far exceeded my expectations. They are kind (literally next level), professional, and alleviated any stress I was feeling about this portion of the process. They explained in detail and answered all my questions about what needed to be done. I would use them again!

As a first time home buyer, I was so pleased with the inspection report. Not only were they professional, the customer service was amazing. Great price as well. Since moving in, we found some water damage. I emailed them with some concerns and questions. They answered right away, and was happy to come back out to assist with my concerns. I highly recommend them. Any opportunity I get, I will call them again.

He’s a joke. I have never written any bad reviews for anyone, but I just can’t put up with this. Most of his reviews are probably fake, he probably created multiple accounts and written it himself. He just run around and take pictures, and completely missed everything. The sink in the restroom cracked from top to bottom and he said "it’s wear and tear, as long as it didn’t leak it’s still good". Wear and tear is minor chip here and there, not when it’s cracked from one end to the other. The back of the house, the vinyl siding has holes from top to bottoms size of your hand and he said it’s wear and tear. HE MISSED: Restrooms toilet leak, black mold formed underneath the toilet, now I have to remove it and replace everything down to the subfloors. Hole in the ceiling size of your hand One room completely had no baseboard and door trim. One room only have carpet in half of the room and missing carpet under the bed and closet Door knob and handle missing and broken on three doors and outer door Window trims broken off most of the windows Baseboards missing in family rooms and most closets Sheds roof was leaking all over Missing closet sliding doors Most of the door locks are missing mechanisms to open with the keys Kitchen cabinets all falling apart The house is 1,000 square foot and he literally missed everything. He came with a laptop and a cellphone. Very unprofessional and did nothing. I paid him to inspect hoping to save money, but now I have to pay out thousands of dollars to get everything repair because he missed it. This guy is a JOKE, hire him if you want a sloppy job and pay thousands on the thing that he missed. The report that you gave me show no major concerns, and it was not a hoarder house like you said. I included pictures of the summary that needed repair and pictures of the house to prove that it was not a hoarder house and you DID NOT point out major concern to the house. People spend their lifetimes saving on a house, please take it seriously and do your job right.

We met Craig and his son at a house we’re under contract in. Really great and thorough. Easy to deal with. Used some cool tech and even a drone which we enjoyed. Explained things easily and we trust him in this process. Will recommend to anyone.

Craig was very thorough and informative. He treated the property as if he was the purchaser. He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use this company again and I'll be recommending them to others. You won't be disappointed. So, after the inspection and moving in, there was a discrepancy with a portion of the inspection. I was very disappointed at first, but Craig was very quick to respond. We came up with an amicable solution, which really spoke to his honesty and commitment to his job.
