My wife and I just moved to Ohio and this was my first experience with anything radon related. Rob Gibson was such an experienced professional and easy going guy that the whole process went extremely smoothly. Absolutely made me feel welcomed and his explanations on the mitigation system, throughout the installation, was very thorough and well received. Only had good vibes throughout the entire process. I'll be recommending the company to friends and family in the area, I'm very happy with the work done.

The Field Tech, Tad, arrived at the scheduled time, went right to work. He was extremely friendly and answered all of the questions we had. The system installation was completed in approximately five hours and the finished product looks clean and neatly done, as if it were meant for a showroom display. Tad showed up right on time and got to work! He worked outside first so my daughter-in-law could continue working from home. The power was only out for a short time while he did the electrical part. When he was finished he gave a full explanation about the monitor and everything he had installed. Very pleased with the work and the worker!!

An excellent experience with this company. A sump pump repair was completed. My radon level was still a little above the acceptable range so they suggested additional action/install and my reading is now at 1.1. The communication was amazing, were accommodating with my schedule and responsive with results. Highly recommend this company.
