I recently had a home inspection with Chuck. This was my first time going through this process and I naturally had many questions. Chuck was immediately personable and easy to talk to. Without any prompting he told me about his work history and I could instantly tell he’s a perfect fit for this line of work. I followed him around with my clipboard the entire inspection and he was extremely gracious and patient. He took time explaining some things he found and why he felt it was worth documenting. He even gave me suggestions on what type of professional to reach out to for certain fixes the home would need. He remained neutral in his opinion, but made sure I was aware of the elements he documented. Even with me tagging along and asking questions, he remained on task and efficient and finished within the quoted timeframe. We shared some laughs about movies and I learned quite a bit about homes.
