I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Rick’s recent home inspection on a property I am purchasing. Rick was detail oriented, but efficient. He expressed concern about an issue but was not alarmist, providing his expert opinion based on what he saw, no editorializing… "just the facts, Ma’am." Because of his thorough inspection and supporting photos, the seller agreed to take care of the issue at no additional cost to me. Rick takes his work seriously, but was approachable and answered all my questions simply, without dumbing down his answers.
