Andriaccio Home Inspection Services, LLC

If you’re looking for a home inspection while in the process of buying a new house, I would highly recommend Andriaccio Home Inspection Services LLC. Nick inspected a house for me, as well as a separate house for my mother. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with (as well as the rest of his team). He provided a list of reliable vendors if we needed them and was extremely thorough with his inspections for each house. His inspection report was detailed and he does not hesitate to point out everything you need/want to know. Definitely worth the price!

Nick was extremely thorough and spelled out our immediate needs vs recommendations for the future. He was prompt, easy to work with, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We wouldn’t use anyone but Nick, moving forward!

Nick was extremely thorough in his inspection of our new home and walked us through everything with detail and clarity! He even fit us into his schedule on short notice which was so appreciated. From the first interaction he was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Nick was a great professional who explained all aspects of the house and would repeat and breakdown parts of the home inspection. He truly was the embodiment of a professional who takes pride in his work, and wants the best for his clients which can be seen in his meticulous actions and attention to detail. Thank you for your time and expertise.

I asked Nick to do a roof inspection on a home I had recently purchased as the inspector I had used for the home inspection was dreadful (big national chain - P2P - avoid at all costs!). He was able to come out quickly, identified multiple issues, and get the report with pictures to me the next day. He used a moisture meter to show where there may be issues from the inside on the drywall. In addition, he also pointed out several other issues with gutters, drainage, fascia board, even the step height, and gave specific recommendations on what I should do to fix them. He was prompt, easy to work with, and straightforward. I wish I had used him for the original inspection. Highly recommend!

Nick was very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough review and sent a detailed report as well. He took the time to explain the various findings to me, along with reviewing potential courses of action to remedy the findings. He was both professional and friendly, and made this portion of the homebuying process a breeze!

Nick Andriaccio was very knowledgeable about everything. Very down to earth respectable home inspector. Hands down when buying my next house I will use Nick and refer anybody I know to Nick. Nick made the home inspection process a breeze. Thanks Nick for everything. Also his report he sends is Grade A .
