I met Troy in a networking group. I though he was very professional, checked out his online reviews and used his services. He was able to inspect the house before my deadline. He showed up when he was suppose to and completed his checklist in about an hour... Unfortunately, I was not able to be present for the home inspection, so I relied solely on on Mr. Mallow's professional recommendation. Report came back better than expected. I was really concerned about the roof. Mr. Mallow confidently stated there was another 5-10 years left on a 15 year old roof. I spoke to him on the phone and he clarified this. I was skeptical but the realtor and property inspector confirmed the same thing. It was good to go and didn't need to be replaced. When I moved into the house, I noticed the A/C was constantly running.... but in the middle of the day, the living room would cool to 85F. I called out an A/C company and they said there is nothing wrong with the unit. However, they said the A/C vents were very old and no longer being held together. One of the living room door wall was not seated correctly and hot air was being sucked in from the outside. I wanted to make sure the house was done correctly, so had 4 A/C contractor take a look and bid. Also, had an insulation company make sure the insulation was correct. $6000 latter the house has new vents and the insulation properly installed. When the insulation contractors were in the attic, they noticed extensive wood rot. They recommend I contact a roofer. I called one and the first thing they said was "You need a new roof". I contacted Mr. Mallow to inform him about what they claim. He said "They are just trying to sell you a new roof". I asked him if there was a trusted individual he would recommend. I had 3 more roofers come and take a look. 3/3 said it needed to be replaced. I had his guy take a look (which again very professional). He took a look as was very honest. There were a few things that could be done to maybe fix the roof and hold out for another 2 years. He also sent video of the rain test... It was raining inside the attic. I am very disappointing. I purchased a house based off of Mr. Mallow's recommendation. Most of these things could have been negotiated with the seller. Instead I am now stuck with a very large bill. Because of that, I could not recommend Clearvision Home Services.

Troy was able to book my appointment last minute. I purchased a new home and he was able to find many more things than I would have if I had not hired an inspection. The report was thorough and methodical with good pictures. He delivered the report quickly so I could review under my inspection period time. I recommend!

I was looking for someone to do a home inspection on a new investment house i was buying. I needed it done quickly. I got a referral to Troy, from my property manager. Troy was very responsive, returning my call promptly. I gave him the required information and he took care of the rest with my builder. He was also able to do the inspection quicker than I was anticipating! It really saved me time and concern, since he did a thorough job on the inspection. I would definitely recommend Clearvision and would use them again!

This was my first experience using Clearvision, and specifically Troy as the inspector. Our overall experience was very good. Troy was professional, detailed, and very responsive. He was knowledgeable about a wide range of aspects about the home, property, and adjacent waterfront docks and lifts. We felt comfortable with his explanations of any issues found. Troy did a very good job at our inspection, left no stone unturned and Incredibly professional. He was easy to get ahold of and book and quick on the return of our property report. I love the color coating in his report. Made it very easy to understand what was ok and what needed our attention. Will use his services again.

Troy was great to work with. He took the time before the inspection to share with me particular areas of focus and the general process. This was very helpful as I had not purchased a property in Florida. Troy is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He performed a very thorough inspection and provided us with a very detailed report with great descriptions and photographs of the areas and items that he inspected. I would highly recommend Troy.
