I reached out to Guy for a home inspection for a house we were looking to buy. Very professional and easy to work with and had a calm demeanor about him that made me feel comfortable. Had all of the proper tools and equipment to do a thorough inspection and also did my 4-point and wind mitigation at the same time. Also helped me with insurance questions and what to do to lower my insurance premiums. I would definitely recommend Guy to anyone looking for an inspector on a new home purchase.
